Most retreats hand you a schedule at check-in. At Sirichan, you get assessed first. From there, Dr. Nooy and her team adjust the work every day to what your body is actually doing, not what a textbook said it should be doing by Day 2.

This Is Not a Spa Retreat

Treatments are the main focus. You can relax here, but relaxing isn't the point - getting real work done is. Three days at Sirichan are built around treatment, body recovery and paying close attention to how your body responds. There's no spa menu to work through and no pressure to fill every hour.

Between treatments there's time to rest, eat well, swim, walk, read or do very little at all. In the morning you can join breathwork and Qi Gong. The calm atmosphere at the Healing Center makes room for focused work too.

It doesn't always start with pain - sometimes it's stiffness, shallow breathing or the quiet realization, after some years, that you've been building your routine around a body that needs something else.

Before You Book

Straight answers to what people usually ask before committing three days to this.

Will three days fix my problem?

We cannot promise that. The first assessment gives us a much better understanding of what may realistically be possible. By Day 3, we can compare how your body has responded and discuss what has changed, what still needs attention and what may make sense next.

What treatment will I receive?

There is no fixed treatment sequence. Dr. Nooy and her team choose the techniques according to your assessment and how your body responds over the three days. The work may draw from Thai therapeutic bodywork, Tok Sen, Amataros, abdominal work, traditional herbal approaches and other Sirichan methods where appropriate. The technique is not the goal. A freer body is.

What if I have a medical condition?

Every guest completes a health intake before the booking is confirmed. Some conditions simply require adjustments to the treatment. Others may require medical clearance, and occasionally the safest choice is to postpone treatment.

Can I go sightseeing?

Moderate sightseeing is generally fine. Some people benefit from more rest than others, so we'll guide you according to how your body responds. We recommend avoiding strenuous hiking, hard training, long cycling and other intensive activity during the Reset.

Can I work during my stay?

Green Oasis has robust high-speed Wi-Fi, and there's plenty of time between treatments if you need to work.

Can my partner come without doing the Reset?

The Reset Guest + Companion rate covers exactly that - 14,000 THB total. Your companion shares your private bungalow, all seven meals and the normal Green Oasis facilities. Clinical assessment, treatment and therapeutic follow-up are not included for the companion.

Can I stay longer?

Extra nights run 1,200 THB per bungalow per night, accommodation only. Meals outside the Reset can be ordered separately.

Can I arrange an airport transfer?

A private one-way transfer between Chiang Mai International Airport and Green Oasis is 300 THB. For airport pickup, we need your full name, arrival date, flight number, where your flight is arriving from and scheduled arrival time. A private return transfer to the airport is also 300 THB.

What is the cancellation policy?

A 20% deposit confirms your booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival - bookings made within 14 days require full payment upfront.

15+ days before arrival: deposit is retained, anything paid above it is refunded
8-14 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking is non-refundable
0-7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% non-refundable
One free date change with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability - no standard reschedule inside 14 days
For a genuine medical emergency, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion, though this is not an automatic refund
Once the Reset has started, there is no refund for unused treatment, accommodation, meals, transfers or other included services
